Mike is a 2011 graduate of Columbia Law School, where he served as Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. He also received the academic honor of being a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law. Mike received his B.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007.
Prior to starting the law office, Mike worked in the California Attorney General's Office under the Corporate Fraud Section. Later, he joined a multinational telecommunications company, where he performed legal contract review and drafting. Mike also holds experience in immigration and family law, and actively contributes his experience to the Dallas Volunteer Attorney Program.

Susan Gao is the Legal Executive Director at the Law Office of Mike Zhang, she focuses on assisting Chinese clients in the Dallas area and those residing abroad since 2008. She holds years of paralegal experience in the areas of immigration law, visas, personal injury, business litigations, and family law.
She also possesses extensive experience as an interpreter for clients in state and federal courts, federal agency meetings, and USCIS interviews. In addition to her years of paralegal experience, Susan possesses a natural keen sense in business and marketing, which enables her to oversee the firm’s marketing, technological, human resources, financial and facility management.

LEGAL CASE MANAGER
Sonny received his B.S. from Nankai University in China. Then he obtained his Master's degree in Management from Dallas Baptist University. Sonny is mainly in charge of the firm's PI related cases and EB1 cases. He joined our legal team since 2015. He is fluent in both English and Chinese. His goal is protecting the rights of our clients and seeking the best possible outcome in all cases. He will help our clients negotiate with insurance adjusters and medical providers, and finally collect fair compensation from insurance companies.

Meng received her dual bachelor degree in Law and Business Administration from Beijing Institute of Technology, and received her Master of Law degree with business law concentration from Ohio State University. She is expected to obtain J.D. from University of Houston Law Center this May. Meng is transactional attorney in China. She is familiar with both China law and U.S. law.
Meng worked for United Nations agency and international business compliance firm before she joined us. Her job is to help supervisor attorney on litigation, business law, family law cases and EB-1 cases. She performs a wide variety of tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting legal analysis, and conducting legal research.

Clarice is a current graduate student in Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and will receive her Master of Laws this May. She received her Bachelor of Laws in Liaoning University. Clarice will help with the firm’s PI cases, prepare and draft legal documents. She is very patient, prudential and easy to communicate with. With a high sense of responsibility and trained legal thinking, she will do her best to assist the firm to achieve clients’ best interest.

Wang Ying is responsible for the construction of the brand image of the law firm in the United States, and the construction of marketing promotion and public relations in China. Wang Ying has a wealth of experience in brand building, marketing promotion and public relations management, with more than ten years of professional experience in large-scale public relations firms. Ms. Wang Ying joined the legal team in 2016, is responsible for the firm's brand building, market management, marketing, public relations and other issues of foreign cooperation. Prior to this, Ms. Wang Ying worked in a number of domestic listed companies held an important position, customer service coverage in China, the United States, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions.
