BIO
Mike Zhang is the managing partner of the Law Office of Mike Zhang PLLC, which he founded in 2013. He leads the firm's litigation practice and has built a reputation for delivering strong results in personal injury cases, including motor-vehicle collisions, premises liability, and complex negligence matters.
Mike is an experienced litigator with a proven record in jury trials, dispositive motions, evidentiary hearings, depositions, and high-stakes negotiations. He is known for his meticulous case preparation and ability to present clear, compelling arguments on issues involving both liability and damages. His litigation leadership has resulted in successful outcomes through trial, mediation, and arbitration.
In addition to personal injury litigation, Mike also has significant litigation experience in business and commercial disputes and family law litigation. In addition to his courtroom practice, Mike maintains an immigration caseload focused on high-difficulty matters. He has substantial experience with complex immigration cases, such as EB-1 petitions and 601 hardship waivers.
Before establishing the firm, Mike worked in the California Attorney General's Office, Corporate Fraud Section, assisting with regulatory enforcement and litigation. He later served as in-house counsel at a multinational telecommunications company, focusing on contracts and cross-border compliance.
