Meng Yang serves as the associate attorney in the firm. She previously worked with us as a law clerk. She practices immigration law, business law, business compliance, and family law.


She is admitted to practice law in China. Due to her extensive knowledge of both China and U.S. law, she has experience in matters involving international investment, counseling businesses and supporting US-China cross-border transaction. She is uniquely positioned to combine corporate and immigration law to provide investors and businesses with in-depth and practical advice.


Meng worked for United Nations agency and International Business Compliance law firm before she joins the firm. She has performed work for Fortune 500 company in retail industry and oil field service. Her prior experience gives her a unique perspective and insight into her clients’ business and enables her to be a detail-oriented person. She also gained excellent communication skills by serving as a mediator in Texas.
