Susan Gao serves as the Legal Executive Director at the Law Office of Mike Zhang, she focuses on finding immigration solutions for local Chinese clients and those who residing abroad through entrepreneurship and business projects. She serves the Chinese community with the legal needs since 2008. She is also supervising case managers on firm’s personal injury and family immigration cases. She helped hundreds clients to obtain their Green cards; managed and settled several million dollars’ worth of Personal injury cases.


Her tens of years practical business experiences serves her well in charge of leading the outreach teams to build the company images of the law firm in the United States and China; she serves the capacity of overall marketing strategies of the company, and builds cooperative relations public with clients, business partners, and medias locally and oversea.


Susan holds nearly a decade of experiences in legal field, which her experience expends to immigration law, business law, personal injury law, family law. Her extensive business building and operating background is a good asset to help small business owner clients to find the most effective methods to solve their matters.


She is the managing partner of 17 Rise, PLLC, which is a venture capitalist company help investors to start their business concept in the U.S., and through the entrepreneurship activities to achieve their dream to move to U.S. Susan Gao is also a certified leadership trainer, speaker by John C. Maxwell Team. She specializes in team building, mentoring team to achieve the goals.


She also possesses extensive experience as an interpreter for clients in state and federal courts, federal agency meetings, and USCIS interviews.
