BIO
Mr. Zhang serves as a senior attorney and partner in the office. Mike Zhang’s major fields of practice include Immigration law（L1, EB1; Employment-based petitions), Business law, and Family law.
His qualities of detail oriented work ethics allow him to have a high passing rate in EB-1(a) Alien of Extraordinary Ability, EB-1(b) Outstanding Researcher, H-1B, EB-2, EB-3, EB-5nonimmigrant working visas with the help of the legal teams.
Mr. Zhang graduated from Columbia Law School in 2011, where he served as Articles Editor of the Columbia Journal of Asian Law. He also received the academic honor of being a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar at Columbia Law. Mike received his B.B.A. in Finance, cum laude, from the University of Texas at Austin in 2007.
Prior to starting the law office, Mike worked in the California Attorney General's Office under the Corporate Fraud Section. Later, he joined a multinational telecommunications company, where he performed legal contract review and drafting.
